Wedding Options
All of our options include ceremony seating, reception tables and chairs, permanent draping and twinkle lights in the barn, catfish food packets for your guests to feed our fish, venue coordinator to assist with rehearsal and ceremony flow, parking attendant to direct and greet your guests when they arrive, experienced staff on-site throughout your event, and standard venue clean-up.

Contract rate, available options, and policies will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the inquiry or tour.
Cedar ~
5,200
If you are looking for major bang for your buck, in addition to what is listed above, our Cedar option offers you Friday evening, 4 pm - 8 pm, ample time for decorating and rehearsal; Saturday, 10 am - 11 pm for last minute decorating touches, pictures, ceremony and reception; Sunday, 9 am - 10 am, to gather your belongings. Also included in our Cedar option are Ivory Linen tablecloths ironed and, on the tables when you arrive on Friday to decorate; our 20' x 20' event tent to accommodate extra seating for guests or a shaded area for guests to enjoy; and use of our portable fire pit (weather permitting).
When you book our Cedar option, we include a six-hour Sunday afternoon rental for your bridal shower.
Honeysuckle ~ 3,500
If you have a moderate budget, but still want to do it up big, consider our Honeysuckle option. In addition to what is listed above, our Honeysuckle option offers you Friday evening, 4 pm - 8 pm, ample time for decorating and rehearsal; Saturday, noon - 11 pm for last minute decorating touches, pictures, ceremony and reception and to gather your belongings. Also included in our Honeysuckle option are Ivory Linen tablecloths ironed and, on the tables when you arrive on Friday to decorate; and use of our portable fire pit (weather permitting).
Wildflower ~ 2,200
If you are on a tight budget, you can still have a beautiful wedding of your dreams with our Wildflower option. In addition to what is listed above, this option offers you Saturday, 2 pm - 10 pm for decorating, pictures, ceremony and reception and to gather your belongings.
A retainer fee of $500 and a signed contract secures your date. We are happy to discuss a payment plan with you.
All Venue rental and service fees are non-refundable.
The prices above are for a maximum of 150 in attendance (including wedding party). For weddings over 150 additional rental expenses will be incurred.
Pricing includes venue rental, professional wedding staff and as indicated per option. These prices DO NOT include catering.
